Charletha Blake

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strength. My academic journey began at Savannah State University, where I earned my undergraduate degree in Therapeutic Recreation with a minor in Psychology. I went on to earn a Master of Education with a concentration in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix, and later completed my Master of Social Work degree from Capella University.

I bring 22 years of professional experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and substance use challenges. This background has shaped my ability to provide compassionate, practical, and client-centered care for children, adults, couples, and families. My approach focuses on building resilience, encouraging healing, and equipping clients with tools for lasting personal growth.

Beyond my professional role, I am deeply rooted in family and community. I am a proud wife, the mother of two adult children, and affectionately known as “Lollie” to my precious grandchild. I enjoy shopping, traveling, and spending quality time with my family, and I bring that same warmth, joy, and relational connection into my work with clients.

I believe every client has the potential to rise above challenges, and my mission is to walk alongside you with encouragement, practical strategies, and unwavering support as you buildthe life you desire.
